1949-1952 Harley Davidson FL Panhead Wishbone Frame 30° Rake Tool Box Mount
Replica Wishbone frame is an authentic reproduction of a 1949-52 Big Twin rigid frame with a 30° rake. Includes seat post, transmission plate, and axle kit. Frame details include forged parts as original including neck, front and rear engine mounts, side car loops, top seat post yoke, footboard tabs, and rear axle plates. Exact blanked and formed stampings are utilized in their respective places with the correct tool box mount. Neck will accept key lock. Mechanical brake cross shaft tube with grease fittings and bushings are installed. Will house Panhead or Shovelhead engine and a 4-speed transmission. Will also allow installation of a Knucklehead or Flathead engine with use of a front engine mount spacer. Seat post bushing and the mechanical brake cross tube bushing may require reaming prior to assembly. NOTE Seat post cross shaft bushing may require further reaming for proper fit. You are in for a stupendous, new old stock, Campagnolo 3380 master tool kit case, complete down to the last little tool and with instruction leaflet and instruction poster as shown. This tool case was acquired new old stock and untouched some year ago from a closing down shop which had more than one set of tools available, but only one case left untouched, this one. Yet, after acquiring it, tool 730 and 720 where occasionally used to move older used campy tools. Apart for that, none of the other tools have ever seen any use. The case is still in perfect condition, latches fully working and handle still has protective film on metal part. Tool case still has original Campagnolo instruction leaflet on how to use tool 712/3 and original poster with 4 languages instruction on how to proper use the other master tools. Dies to thread fork and bottom bracket are all Italian threaded. All the tools pictured (please also refer to last picture for tool reference number and description). We kindly ask you not to demand for poster and instructions scans or copies. Those requests will be ignored. All other emails welcomed! Packaging will be super strong with 4x layers of hard cardboard and Styrofoam chambers. By now a very rare item to find, especially at a reasonable price and complete as described.
